this ankle sure brought me lots of problems and is still bringing me problems.
stupid ankle.
can't train, can't take part in cheers.
can't do5-items ; redo 2.4
AND NOW!
can't run 4 x 100m next tuesday
cause i know it won't recover by then.
oh man! 07ip02 must must must win the trophy alright?!
